How can I let you know which images I like?

How can I let you know which images I like?

1.  Once you are in any photography gallery, click "Select" in any thumbnails bottom left hand corner while your mouse is over the thumbnail in order to save that particular image. 

2.  After you have selected all of the images that you would like to discuss with us, click the "Buy" button and then select "Save '#' photos for purchasing later". 

3.  You will now see a box in the upper left hand corner that reads "Favorites: Selected For Purchase (#)".  Clicking on this box will bring up a gallery with just your selections. 

4.  Finally, click on "Send to..." in the upper left area.  This will bring up a dialog box that will allow you to send your selected images directly to me. 

I realize that this process may seem a bit overwhelming at first so please do not hesitate to give me a call at (619) 746-8611 to talk you through the process.

Can I see the Image ID#'s on the thumbnail page?

Yes. Personally, I like to see the images standout on their own on the thumbnail pages but I also realized that in certain situations, it may be helpful for my clients to take note of the Image ID#'s on the thumbnail page.  You can view my All Images gallery's thumbnail page with Image ID#'s by clicking here.  If you would like to see any other galleries with thumbnails that include Image ID#'s please contact me letting me know which galleries and I will promptly set it up for you. 

What type of payments do you accept?

I accept Paypal, all major credit cards and business checks from my commercial clients.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

The standard turnaround time for most orders is to have the art delivered within 15 business days from the date of order.  If you have a tight deadline, please contact me and I will do my best to have your art delivered on time.

Do you offer custom framing options?

Yes.  I offer custom framing options up to 50 x 40 inches when finished.  Any of my images can be framed.  To see framing options, please select your favorites from the photography galleries and share them with me along with a description of the type of frame(s) that you are looking for.  I will then put together several options in my online framing store and share them with you.

What is your return policy?

For retail clients:

I have partnered with Zenfolio and Mpix for retail processing and printing services and their guarantee is as follows; "Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not happy with the quality of your printed order, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint it free of charge."

For commercial clients:

Each piece of commercial art that I sell is custom made based upon your purchase order.  All sales are final.  If you art is damaged in transit, it can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a reprint at no extra charge.

Do you offer volume discounts?

I do offer volume discounts based on the number of pieces specified in a single order.  A discount of 10% will be given for an order of 21-50 pieces.  A discount of 15% will be given for orders of 51 or more pieces.  I also offer trade discounts to interior design professionals, please contact me for details. 

How much will I pay for shipping?

For retail clients:

Shipping prices are calculated in the shopping cart before submitting your payment.

For commercial clients:

I offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all artwork shipped within the continental United States.  Please contact me for a shipping quote to addresses in Hawaii or Alaska.  I do not currently ship artwork internationally.

What are your payment terms?

All retail orders through my website required advanced payment in full.  For commercial orders, I require 50% upfront with the balance due upon delivery. 

Can you install the artwork once it has been delivered?

I do not install the artwork myself, but I am happy to refer you directly to one of several professional art installation companies that I have used frequently in the past without issue.

Do you work with interior designers and architects?

Yes, I love working alongside other creative individuals.  I can be a part of your conversation with your clients, or not, the choice is yours!

Do you offer trade discounts?

I am happy to offer a trade discount to all interior designers.  Please contact me for details.

Can you provide me with low resolution thumbnails without watermarks that I can show my clients?

Yes, once you have sent me a set of favorites or your saved shopping cart, I can provide you with a set of low resolution images without my watermark that you can show your clients.
